What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?
1 - Shipping available all over Pakistan.
2 - Free Standard shipping for all orders exceeding PKR 999/-
3 - All orders are shipped on COD basis.
4 - We reserve the right to amend our policies time to time.

Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?

5- Orders placed by 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
6 - We use only registered courier service to ship your orders.
7 - Orders received on Sundays or on National Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
8 - All orders are delivered to the PHYSICAL home or office address indicated by you when you place your order. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Can I exchange my order?
Only unused items can be returned or exchanged.
You will need to send back the item using your preferred courier, at your expense.
We will verify that the item is unused and not damaged / tampered.
Our team will then issue you a credit for the item and you can use that against your next purchase.
My discount code is not working, what do I do?
We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Some discount codes require our Users to create an account on our site and to be logged in at the time of check out to utilize the discount code.
I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
It is our utmost goal to ensure you are fully satisfied with our product.
In case an incorrect product is shipped out pls contact us thru our contact us page, phone or email so that we can take immediate corrective actions.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and endeavour to ensure that you enjoy wearing the items that you order.
However, if you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it for a full exchange or refund WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE.
Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation number, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. If you don't have proof of purchase, we'll let you exchange or give you credit for the current price of the product.
1. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to talk2us@street2fashion.com
or by calling at 03-230-111-230. We handle each return request on a case-by-case basis.
2. Customer will need to return the product via a registered courier service, whose delivery can be tracked on his/her own expense to our inventory centre address.
3. Regrettably, delivery Charges will NOT be refundable.
4. Return and Refund requests will be processed within working days after receiving the subject product. Rs 200 is deducted for delivery charges in case of refund.
5. If you are charged more than the posted or advertised price, we will refund the difference. If there appears to be a fraud or abuse, we may not return your item

Some exceptions to the above rules:
A. The product is damaged because of use.
B. The product has tampered.
C. Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
