We take great pride in the quality of our products and endeavour to ensure that you enjoy wearing the items that you order.
However, if you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it for a full exchange or refund WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE.
Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation number, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. If you don't have proof of purchase, we'll let you exchange or give you credit for the current price of the product.
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to returns@street2fashion.com or by calling at 03-230-111-230. We handle each return request on a case-by-case basis.
- Customer will need to return the product via a registered courier service, who delivery can be tracked on his/her own expense to our inventory centre address.
- Regrettably, delivery Charges will NOT be refundable.
- Return and Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the subject product. Rs 200 is deducted for delivery charges in case of refund.
- If you are charged more than the posted or advertised price, we will refund the difference. If there appears to be a fraud or abuse, we may not return your item

Some exceptions to the above rules:
- The product is damaged because of use.
- The product has tampered.
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Items on sale cannot be refunded.
